Sylvester Stallone of "Rocky" fame is selling his home in La Quinta,
California, for $3.35 million, roughly $1.15 million less than he spent
a decade ago.
According to the listing with Josh Reef of Douglas Elliman, who
listed the home Wednesday, the Mediterranean and Tuscan-style
villa offers 4,889 square feet of interior space, including four
bedrooms and five baths.
According to the ad, the two-story home includes a big living room
with double-height ceilings and a stone fireplace, a dining room with
access to a terrace, a kitchen with wood cabinets, a wood-and-stone
centre island, a breakfast area, and a wine room.

screenwriter, director, and painter, purchased the home through a
trust in 2010 for $4.5 million.
In 2014, he first offered it for $4.2 million. Since then, the house has

pulled off the market, according to listing data.
Mr. Reef, the listing agent, said Mr. Stallone and his family used the

and fireplaces can all be seen in the design.

found on the 0.45-acre property.
