Resume
Mr. Jan Vyšohlíd worked for about six months with our R&D team dealing with the
development of manufacturing technology for a new product: Medical device
denudation and manipulation micropipettes from plastic material. Such a task cannot
be fulfilled by conventional plastic injection due to the ratio between pipette length in
tens of millimeters, wall thickness in micrometers and circularity requirement on the
pipette tip.
Mr. Vyšohlíd proposed suitable manufacturing methods, evaluated several raw plastic
materials in terms of health safety and processability, carried out sets of
experiments and measurements to fine tune manufacturing process.
He worked independently, systematically, with professional attitude and purposefully.
