Sweet Honey in the Rock, a Grammy-nominated a cappella ensemble, is set to release their 24th album #LoveinEvolution on January 22nd. The album's second single "Second Line Blues" addresses police brutality and the names of innocent victims. Since 1973, the group has used song, dance, and sign language to explore social and political issues. #LoveinEvolution showcases their blend of jazz, blues, soul, gospel, and African music with 14 original songs and covers. They will perform several concerts in 2016, including at Carnegie Hall with special guests Regina Carter and Terence Blanchard.
