Design Goal:
Create a healthy, self-sustaining environment:
 Maximize indoor air quality (IAQ) to control irritants that trigger asthma, other chemical
sensitivities, and mold through structural testing and enhancements
 Integrate whole-home electronics to monitor environment
 Design selections using sustainable design principals to minimize short and long term impact to
IAQ and energy consumption
 Create harmony and balance through repetition of color palette, trim, door styles and hardware
styles
 Surround Matt and Sabrina with comfort through plush furnishings
 Insure open circulation flow to make entertaining successful
 Create display lighting and spaces for prized antiques

and accessories with pops of color

 Incorporate maps and globes
 Luxurious master bath fixtures, surfaces and lighting
 Luxurious master bedroom furnishing and bedding
