Create a healthy, self-sustaining environment:
Maximize indoor air quality (IAQ) to control irritants that trigger asthma, other chemical
sensitivities, and mold through structural testing and enhancements
Integrate whole-home electronics to monitor environment
Design selections using sustainable design principals to minimize short and long term impact to
IAQ and energy consumption
Create harmony and balance through repetition of color palette, trim, door styles and hardware
styles
Surround Matt and Sabrina with comfort through plush furnishings
Insure open circulation flow to make entertaining successful
Create display lighting and spaces for prized antiques
