• Dash of cinnamon
• ½ - 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar
• 4 ounces non dairy milk
Mix ingredients in a mason jar (or any other container with a
tight lid) and allow to sit in the refrigerator overnight. Enjoy
the next morning topped with berries.
