Summer Programs begin Monday July 1st and
continue through Friday August 16th (Unless
otherwise noted)
Gamer Clash! Tuesdays 4 - 6 PM
A weekly walk on the gaming side for gamers of all species! Two hours of
open video gaming. We’ll have the system – YOU BRING THE GAMES!
Movie Madness! Thursdays 6:00 – 7:45 PM
Teen Movie Night! Viewer’s Choice Movie & Popcorn
All Day Action! Every day when you’re here...
In the Teen Room there’s always something to do – we’ve got board games,
Legos and art supplies you can use, and keep an eye out all summer for
pop-up programs! Crafts, science, tech toys…they all might come your way
any day!
But wait, there’s more! Look on the back…
Open Mic Mondays 4 – 6 PM
Come into the Ossie Davis Theatre! We’ll leave the mic ‘on’– the rest is up to you.
Photography Wednesdays 4 – 5:45 PM
Learn how to create beautiful photos with professional cameras! Also
learn how to edit to maximize your likes and create your own style!
Art Lab 3:30 – 4:45 PM
End the week strong with some artful activities! Drawing, painting, and much
more!
Anime Club Thursdays 4 – 6 PM
Watch. Discuss. Argue. OBSESS over Anime!

2. The Teen Summer Reading Games are open to anyone
entering grades 6 - 12.
Registration will begin on Sunday June 23rd
To register, go online and click on the Summer Reading icon at www.nrpl.org
This will take you to Wandoo Reader, the Summer Reading system. It only takes a few
minutes to sign up! Just click the “Join here” link to register. Once you create an
account the games begin! Log the books you read to get points toward prize
giveaways! The last day to log anything will be August 11th.
