Providing all required drawings to the contractors for carpentry, flooring, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning and other
related drawings
Periodic site visit to ensure the work progress as per the agreed plan.
Assisting in the cost control, material and brand selection, preparing weekly cost control statements and certifying contractor's bill.
Taking vital decisions and responsibilities right from the design concept development to hand overing a site as per client's requirements
