This document discusses different types of graphs used to represent data sets. It describes using a frequency chart to show a large data set of presidents' parties and stem and leaf plots to more easily show the ages of presidents and vice presidents. 5. Question #1 For the first graph, I chose a frequency chart. I chose this because this is a large set of data, and it will be easier to show the data. For the second and third graph, I chose a stem and leaf plot. I chose this because it is easier to show this set of data.

6. Question # 2 If I had to make a bar graph, I would start it at zero. If I didn’t, my graph would be misleading. It would be incorrect. I would separate each interval 1 inch apart. That way, people who look at it can see the bars.
