2. Phil grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia, and competed in national level tennis tournaments till the age of 16. Upon completing his business degree from Penn State in 2006, he went on to work at Bryn Mawr Delaware Valley Tennis in 2007. He was the Tennis director at Bryn Mawr Delaware Valley Tennis from 2009 until 2012. Phil presently is the Head Tennis Professional at the St. Albans Swim & Tennis Club in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania and as a certified USPTA coach he has an established private lesson following. Phil has always incorporates his energetic teaching style and ultimate enthusiasm for the game of tennis to engage and encourage players as the head professional on the courts at St. Albans.
