Notice of Resignation of Wayne Pitt as employee of Statseeker
Dear Kalum and Karl,
In the past 12 years that I have been with Statseeker in my many roles at the company, I
have always tried to act in a diligent, competent, professional and commercial manner and to
do my best by the company and contribute to success of the company.
However, after recent changes in the company, it is obvious you place no value on my
contribution to the company. In the last 3 months, you have not once asked for my
contribution or feedback on anything of any value to the company. Management has no
confidence in my ability to contribute to the company succeed.
I have effectively been demoted from what is a senior management position as the Business
Transformation and Strategy Manager to a most junior position as a First Level Support
overseer.
Recent decisions in the company have seriously handicapped my capability contribute to the
success of the company and to perform in a diligent, competent, professional and
commercial manner that is to the best of my ability. Since those decisions have meant that I
am unable perform in a manner that is consistent with clause 3.4 of my employment
contract, I cannot in good faith continue as employee of Statseeker.
It is for this reason that I am forced to reluctantly tender notice of my resignation as
employee of Statseeker. I hereby give notice of resignation as an employee of Statseeker
PTY LTD with the termination of my employment to be on at 5PM on the 31 Mar 2015.
