2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
SUPER HAULER
SUPER HAULER BODY STRUCTURE
Select Design aluminum hauler bodies are commercial grade caliber with a “Class A” automotive
fit and finish. Body sections, storage compartments, doors, pylon, and rear bumper components
are formed using thick .190 commercial grade aluminum sheet stock. A full length steel sub-
frame is configured with a 1/2'” X 34” X 36” center plate to accommodate most all hitch styles. A
60” CA body weighs about 1,000 pounds, an 84” CA about 1600 pounds plus any option content.
ELECTRICAL
The chassis and body electrical systems are isolated to prevent any damage to each other and
this is done by an electrical distribution panel located inside the front driver side body
compartment. This system uses relays and the connection block circuit is labeled for each
function.
LIGHTING
For trailer lights and electric brakes, a seven-blade RV plug and six-pin equestrian trailer
connection plug are located inside the bed as well as in the rear bumper.
PAINT
We will paint any requested color and buff and polish the final clear coat to a lustrous gloss. Our
bright trim is mirror stainless steel for lasting beauty.
CHASSIS CABIN EXTERIOR
We provide stainless steel door handles, mirror and tailgate covers, rear high-mount brake and
bed lights, billet bar and mesh grills, door actuated electric steps, full function sunroofs, auxiliary
fuel tanks, mud flaps, folding ball and RV hitches.
CHASSIS CABIN INTERIOR
We provide upgraded leather seating and soft trim, front row “contour style” seating upgrades,
rear row power bench bed, wood grain hard trim panels, carpeting and floor mats, leather
steering wheels and grab handles, overhead consoles and reading lights, touch screen
navigation–DVD and reverse actuated backup camera, rear truck and trailer full-time multi-
camera observation systems, turn signal activated blind-spot cameras, dash and head rest video
screens.
