1. Searching for infringed trademarks in the official Gazettes.
2. Approaching prospect clients and contacting them on possible
legal action.

Working as an Associate Lawyer in Commercial law aspects like
Corporate Law, Trade Marks, Trade names and Labor Cases.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Drafting all kinds of Agreements, MoUs, Joint Venture
Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, Distribution
Agreements, Franchise Agreements, Non Disclosure
Agreements Share or Assets Sale and Purchase
Agreements and others.
2. Advising national and international clients on Jordanian
Laws with respect to Companies Law, Labor Law, data
protection, Intellectual Property and drafting legal
memorandum thereto.
3. Worked on many projects with International entities
regarding matters of Anti Corruption, Human Rights,
Venture Capital and Seed Capital Funds in Jordan.

During my term of employment at Aljazy & Co. I was engaged
and/or participated in the following legal assignments and/or
projects :
Acquisitions and Shares Transfer
Throughout my work I was assigned on working on various
acquisitions and share transaction or national and international
companies in specific to a certain deal that amounted to 80 Million
USD. My scope of work included conducting due diligence, entering
into negotiations, drafting required SPA(s), NDA(s) and
shareholders Agreement(s).
Development Zones
During my work I had the responsibility to advice the Master
Developer in the Dead Sea Development Zone and the Master
Developer in Irbid and Mafraq Zones. Hence, enriches my
knowledge in the legislations governing the development Zones.
Education
I had the privilege on being assigned to Education sector, whereby I
was providing legal advice to various educational entities, i.e
University of Jordan, Amman Arab University, Amman
Baccalaureate School in addition to representing the Jordanian
Universities Net Companies.
Design and Art
I had the honor on assisting the prominent Jordanian Shoe
Designer Mr. Anas Shanaa’h , whereby I established his company
and registered his brand “Aennis Eunis “.
Breast Cancer stamp
On 2009, I was assigned to a nonprofit assignment whereby we
have managed to issue the first stamp for women’s Breast Cancer.

3. Nuclear Power and Oil Gas
Through my work, I was engaged in establishing Al Karak Oil
Company which has been granted a Concession Agreement and
assisted in the negotiations of said Agreement. In addition I was
assigned to often work on the Nuclear Power Project in Jordan
represented by the Jordanian Atomic Energy Commission.

During my work I had a slight experience in working with certain
arbitration cases (ICC Arbitration and DIAC).
Miscellaneous Projects
-Working on project for Short Term Technical Assistance for Anti
Corruption Commission
-Working on Human Rights , Democracy and Rule of Law Report
- Working on the preparation of the Feasibility Report of the
creation of a seed capital find and a VC fund in Jordan.
- Working on the project for Elaborating a work program for
implementing the Jordan Entrepreneurship and MSME growth
Strategy.
- Working on the report for assessment of privatization that was
filed to the privatization Committee.
-Preparing a study for amending the Jordanian Companies Law No.
22 of 1997.
