Sergey Minyaev has been a volleyball coach for over 30 years. He started playing volleyball in third grade and led his school team to four championships. As a coach, he has brought numerous teams to success and helped the author discover a love for the sport. The author is grateful to Coach Minyaev for the past 6 years, during which they have participated in many competitions and traveled to tournaments, developing not just skills but an extended family and support system.
