majorly because the MNC’s and the bigger companies preferred to hire the toppers.
 Sridhar decided to hire young professionals whom others disregard.
 Started in 2005 with 720 graduates in 14 years, comprising 10% of Zoho's employee count.
 Zoho University have branches at Chennai (Guduvanchery, India) and Tenkasi (Mathalamparai, India).

 Zoho University doesn't charge students any fees, instead they pay stipend to their students.
 15% of Zoho Corp's workforce does not have a college degree.
 Age of student should be within the range of 17 to 20 and should NOT have any academic
qualification higher than Class 12 or 10+3 diploma.

Marc Benioff – CEO, Salesforce.com is desperate to buy
Zoho, given their nervousness of getting out-beaten. Simply
because, Zoho is able to offer the same products to clients at
$10-12 which Salesforce sells it at $65. But Sridhar politely
turned Marc down.
