SOP for Dismantle(subcont) Siapkan Permit untuk akses ke site Kontak pic Site untuk kunci Photo kondisi site sebelum dismantle Matikan IF board dan urut kabel dari bawah sampai ke antenna Telpon NOC dan FH ijin sebelum dismantle Dismantle Antenna, dan perangkat lainnya, untuk IDU (confirm ke tim engineer terlebih dahulu) Konfirmasi kembali ke NOC dan FH, pastikan tidak ada masalah setelah dismantle Photo kondisi site setelah dismantle, isi form dismantle (material list) Semua activity di site harus di bawah monitoring tim engineer regional Minta bantuan engineer monitor dari U2000, pastikan board yang dimatikan benar Collect Capture alarm, pastikan perangkat yang didismantle tidak faulty

SOP for Dismantle(subcont) Prepare Permit Get access by contact site keeper Check Site Condition and take photo before enter site Switch off IF board and Trace IF cable to Antenna Contact NOC before entrance Site and Dismantle link Dismantle Antenna and ODU part, For IDU please contact Huawei Engineer follow guidance Confirm to NOC and FH, make sure no any service impact after dismantle Take photo for site condition after dismantle and make list for material All Existing Network Activity must be under supervise Huawei Engineer Regional Contact Huawei Engineer PIC to monitor condition from NMS Collect Existing Alarm and Capture
