Streaming is a data transfer service that enables the distribution of multimedia content continuously via the Internet in real time, from a server to a client in response to an application, and without being previously downloaded in our computer. Similarly, the webcasting is used to refer to the live broadcast of content via the Internet and it is used successfully in the transmission of videoconferences, given the possibility that attendees can interact. Finally, podcasting refers to the act of distributing audio files on the Internet for listening on a computer, MP3 player or mobile device.
