This new table is called SRS_PostCodeData.<br />Requirement 2 – New splash page<br />Please create a new page as below in http://sky3.mdinfotech.co.uk/dev3 as the main landing page:<br />The Contract PMQC Forms button should like to a new page with 2 options:<br />Archive PMQC records<br />Add new<br />The Add New should take you to SearchStores.aspx. The Archive PMQC records should take you to a new page as in Requirement 3.<br />Requirement 3 – View PMQC records<br />The relevant database tables for this section are SMF and SMF_QA<br />A page with search options at the top like this:<br />Below the search box, there should be a list of the 20 most recently completed forms ordered by CreatedDateTime desc from the SMF table. The fields to display are:<br />Record ID<br />ASA<br />Store Name<br />Centre<br />Town / City<br />CreatedDateTime<br />View<br />Print<br />If a search parameter is entered, the table with then display all records matching the search parameters. This page should only show 20 records at a time with a next and previous option<br />Clicking on an icon in the View column should take you to the form in a read-only format.<br />Clicking on an icon in the Print column should open a printable version of the form similar to the attached form. This does not need to be a word document. It can just be a printable HTML version of PDF document.<br />
