Sky City is a proposed 40,000 acre global city development in the Shahjahanpur-Neemrana-Behror area of India that has received SEZ approval and will be part of the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor. The development aims to be India's first equipment hub and have a Japanese city-style design with a proposed airport. Pre-launch plots ranging from 100 to 200 square yards are available for purchase in the Neemrana portion of Sky City, starting at Rs. 6,000 per square yard.
