This document describes the development of the first French digital cytotoxic preparation unit created as a virtual tour for staff training. A multi-center working group consisting of pharmacists and technicians developed the virtual unit by filming two cytotoxic preparation units, identifying 20 key points of interest and 77 potential errors across three areas - the dressing area, production area, and isolator. The virtual unit aims to provide initial and continuous training for staff through an interactive e-learning tool, with plans to expand it with additional scenarios.
