Platinum cured tubing is made from platinum cured silicone
rubber highly transparent with all FDA and ECC compliance,
Platinum Cured Silicone Tubing, which available in inch and
metric sizes. We have standard sizes but we customize specific
size for your needs, Particular give attention to detail so the

Western polyrub Santoprene® exhibits many similar properties to
Silicone tubing but at a more competitive price. Its characteristics
include very good chemical resistance to fluids such as alcohols,
ozone, aqueous systems and corrosive aqueous systems.
Furthermore Santoprene® exhibits good flow consistency for
peristaltic pump applications and low friction to abrasive
materials. It performs well under vacuum conditions.
This is tough tubing, showing good anti-ageing properties in
harsh weather, sunshine and saline applications. Its operational
temperature range is wide and it exhibits excellent environmental
stability under changing temperatures.
Santoprene® is a thermoplastic elastomer developed by
ExxonMobil Corporation. It is available in a range of hardness
grades – 64 Shore A offers the most effective tubing for small-
bore peristaltic pump use. It is latex-free and the material
contains no Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs) as
classified by the REACH environmental regulation.

Western transparent silicone hose (platinum silicone also
available) has a 70 Sh A natural translucent silicone rubber
inner hose, a braided polyester or nylon yarn of an 70 Sh A
Silicone rubber top coating (natural translucent). Suitable for
continuous operation at temperature from – 60 to 150 c and
for intermittent exposure up to 180 C No harmful toxic or
physiological effects, Chemically extremely stable and suitable
for use with many acid and alkalis. Resistant to ozone UV to
ozone and corona discharge.
Elastomers used for standard translucent hose comply with
FDA 21 CFR 177 2600
and euro standard EC1935/2004-RESAP 2004/5
