 Open Purchase Order Report: that lists Purchase Order, PO Item, PO Date, Quantity Ordered,
Goods Receipt Number, Materials supplied, Delivery Date Planned, Vendor, Delivered Quantity, Open
Quantity.
 Subcontracting Report: This report pulls out PO, PO Item, PO date, Plant, Po Header Item qty, PO
Component Qty, GR No, Gr Date, Gr Header item Qty, Gr component Qty, Vendor.
 MIRO Report: To check the status of Purchase Orders whose Invoice has been done or not. This
report pulls out PO No & Item, date of posting Po, Qty, Gr No, Gr date, Gr qty, Accounting doc no,
posting date, qty, amount in local currency, vendor no and name.
• BDC
 Using the standard data conversion program uploaded the Material Master data from legacy system
to SAP R/3 using flat files.
 Uploads Customer Master Data using Call Transaction method considering that the data file is a local
file.
• Smart Forms:
 Developed a smart form related to Gate Pass to be submitted to vendor’s location. This form outputs
Document number, Date, Vendors Name and address, a Text body and material details as material
code, Description, Quantity, Unit.
• User Exit/BADI:
 BADI for XK01/XK02 region code is mandatory for Indian Vendors
• Cross Application:
 Working knowledge on cross applications like ALE/ IDOCS
• Module Pool:
 Created a Module pool to display and modify and sort data from customer table
using table control with validations and search help.
• LSMW:
 Update Customer Master records using Recording Method
