1. Should I take the bar in Louisiana before moving to another state?
I am currently an evening part-time student at Southern University Law Center in
n Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I am at the end of my second year of the four-year pro
gram. My wife and I haven't made final decisions yet, but are leaning to mov
ing to another state when I complete school. The Louisiana bar will not allo
w me to practice in another state's court, it would make me eligible to work in
