 Cash & Bank handling, Reconciliations (Bank, Cenvat, Salary, GL, & Party).
 All operations for Accounts & Finance, Bills section, Contractors bills, and Stores accounting.
 Personal claims like; Medical, LTA, Tour bill, Exp bill, Mess bills, and all perks for salary related.
 Purchase detail, Payment detail, Budgeting of weakly expenses
 Cenvat input Detail, Cenvat utilization in SAP, U.P.VAT detail , Scarp Accounting,
 Preparing CMR and CMR notes.
 Excise posting of raw material and store material.
 Form 38/21, From C, Form D Issue and utilization detail for sales tax return purpose.
 Transportation bills (inward) passing.
 Ensure proper maintenance of all financial ledgers for the day to day operations including periodic
reconciliations.
 Engage in meaningful financial and cost analysis, generating various MIS Reports to facilitate
Management Decision.
 Managing Accounts Payables & Accounts Receivables. Manage the banking relationship for the
business.
 Ensure all statutory Tax compliances e.g. Excise Duty, Service Tax, Sales Tax, VAT etc.
 Follow the Emergency preparedness plan in case of emergency.
Since Jul’02 – Jan’06 with Shriram Group Companies (Madras) as an Executive Accounts
in Dehradun.
As a Branch Accountant our responsibility:
 Cash handling (Installments receipt in cash, chq, petty cash, bills payments in cash).
 Commission, Incentives, Salary, Funding and other payments by chq.
 Preparing BRS, SOH, MIS, and all receipt and payment detail for reporting to head office.
 Back office support in general insurance and debenture.
 Computation of brokerage commission, target fixing detail, Target V/s Achievement ratio.
