Thank You PTA
The Junior Syndicate thanked the PTA for filling up their sandpit with new sand, making the children very happy. The children are enjoying playing in the sandpit and invite others to come see them having fun.
Snow at Oteha!
Mrs. Holmes brought her snow machine to school to help teach students about changes in the weather as part of their unit on changes. The snow machine created artificial snowfall in the classroom to demonstrate the changes seen when it snows outside. The students enjoyed learning about snow through the interactive demonstration.
Room 10 and 12 Tennis
Room 10 and 12 are learning how to play tennis as well. Several classrooms at the school are being taught tennis skills. Students in rooms 10 and 12 are among those picking up how to play the sport of tennis through their classes.
Room 24 Tennis
The students in Room 24 are learning how to play tennis. They are being taught the basics of tennis such as how to hold the racket and hit the ball over the net. The class is focused on developing fundamental tennis skills through drills and practice.
