This short document discusses the four seasons - spring, summer, autumn, and winter. It asks the reader if they know the season twice, once at the beginning and again at the end, framing the listing of the four seasons in between.

Diabetic mellitus is a chronic disease of pancreatic origin which is not fully curable once a person
becomes diabetic.This paper assumes that one organ A of a diabetic person is exposed to organ failure due to a
two phase risk process and another organ B has a random failure time. Two models are treated. In model I, his
hospitalization for diabetes starts when any one of the organsA or B fails or when prophylactic treatment starts
after an exponential time.In model II, his hospitalization for diabetes starts when the two organs A and B are in
failed state or when prophylactic treatment starts after an exponential time. The expected time to hospitalization
for treatment and expected treatment time are obtained for numericalStudies. Simulation studies are under
taken using linear congruential generator and minimum value methods. EC distribution is considered for the
general distribution of life time of organ B since it is the best approximation for a general distribution and
Erlang distributions are considered for hospital stage treatment times.Random values of all the variables are
generated to present simulated values of time to hospitalization and hospitalization times for various parameter
values of time to prophylactic treatment.

Resumen.
Mientras la historia del marketing –desde el punto de vista académico- pudiese ser considerado un fenómeno relativamente nuevo, al tener poco más de un siglo de existencia formal, su práctica nace con el hombre, esto dada la naturaleza de dos de los concepto básicos que la soportan: el intercambio y la satisfacción de las necesidades.
Se busca presentar una argumentación a favor de interpretar la noción de marketing desde los fundamentos del principio de ética universal de Appel, con lo cual se amplia la concepción que tiene la organización acerca del intercambio y la satisfacción de las necesidades teniendo como herramienta central la comunicación.
Para ello, basado en la teoría sistémico-interpretativa como método de generar conocimiento, se despliega una dialéctica en torno al sentido social del marketing, sostenida por el análisis de su principio ideológico confrontándolo dentro de un contexto interpretativo más amplio, para configurar así, el sentido de esta noción en la organización contemporánea.
