Cloud Computing: IT evolution or revolution ? Answers from an European Commun...Francesco Mondora
“We’re moving from this monolithic, ‘one provider does everything’ model to an ecosystem. We’re moving toward a more distributed, open world, and toward more customized services. We believe there will be a large number of mid-sized providers.”
L'Agile Software Development permette all'uomo di potersi mostrare per le caratteristiche sue peculiari. Il processo di self-organization e di continuous learning sono la chiave per avere risanamento in azienda.
This document outlines a social approach to learning where 20% of training revenue goes to nonprofit organizations helping to achieve social objectives, which provides benefits to everyone. Trainees benefit with 50% off their next training if they donate 20% directly to a cause of their choice, which is how the organization is improving learning through social impact.
This is the presentation I gave to Telecom Italia where I was discussing about the force of benefit for the cloud and devops where People, Processes and Technology are involved.

We are changing the why people and developers build software. This is how a B-Corporation is considering software and developers as a force of good. These slides come from a public speech at Oracle CloudDayIT.

This document promotes an ethical and socially responsible lifestyle and business model called Life 2.0. It connects producers directly to consumers through a reputation system to enable fair trade. Producers donate at least 5% of their income to nonprofit social or environmental initiatives. Consumers can improve their lifestyle, wellness, and social buying power through social networks while supporting those working for a sustainable future.
The document discusses how a company's public image depends on the individual personalities within the organization. It states that an Enterprise 2.0 social culture must be driven from both a social viewpoint at the individual level and through collaboration towards common objectives to make people happier. Individual reputation is shaped through continuous small improvements that together help define a new corporate social character.

La gestione del progetto è in carico al gruppo di lavoro che:
• è eterogeneo e si auto organizza;
• si riferisce al cliente o Product Owner quotidianamente al Daily Scrum e risponde a cosa ha fatto il giorno precedente,
cosa farà nel giorno presente e quali sono gli impedimenti lavorativi
• stima le ore rimanenti per completare le attività con focus giornaliero (daily scrum);
• aggiorna la pila di ore rimanenti per completare il progetto o burndown chart quotidianamente.
• impara ad ogni iterazione attraverso un momento di retrospezione durante lo sprint review meeting e dervia la Lesson
