1. Dear Sir,
I am the Production Manager for a small digital print shop and Scott Miller worked here
for about a year. He was a driver most of the time and helped in the warehouse when
there was nothing to deliver.
In that time period, I noticed some personal qualities about Scott that impressed me.
Scott is Dependable- He did not just come to work on time every day but was usually 10
minutes early. I never had to worry about what he was doing or where he was in his
deliveries. I found him to be courteous to my customers…they loved having him come
on deliveries.
Scott is a good worker- He has learned (before he got here) to concentrate on a task and
work at it until completed. He gets along well with others and follows directions to the
letter. He is a “happy” worker…it’s nice to have people who put in a full day’s work and
smile while they do it.
Scott is very good with mechanical things- He took care of our vehicles, keeping them
full of fuel, clean and maintenance schedules up to date. He learned how to drive our
forklift and did well in stacking pallets safely. I had him working with a few small
machines in the shop and found him to be a fast learner….. He seemed to grasp how they
worked quickly which helped him in getting them to run without stopping.
