From an outside view the official TYPO3 teams seem to be somewhat mystique or even invisible. Nevertheless the members do a tremendous amount of voluntary work for TYPO3.
But in fact everybody started small (except Kasper ;)). Some people joined the TYPO3 way since the beginning and some started to participate a while ago. What everybody has in common though is the great enthusiasm about TYPO3 and its future. And not all of them are developers.
Our talk will be about the participation in one of the TYPO3 teams. We will present the different teams and show their important work for TYPO3. We plan to interview some interesting people that represent their teams. You will get an impression how to join a TYPO3 team and be active on a longterm basis.

Technology integration in schools has several benefits but also challenges. It can help students become more engaged in learning and develop skills needed for future jobs in a technology-driven world. However, integrating technology also has costs, requires teacher training, and may face resistance. Overall, technology offers students limitless learning possibilities and can help reform America's educational system to better prepare students to compete globally, but challenges around resources and adoption need to be addressed.
This presentation is targeted to everyone interested in an easier way of creating and updating CSS for your websites. It shows the great benefits of using SASS/SCSS for design implementation.
With the usage of SASS you gain the possibility to write CSS while using variables, nesting of styles and other flexible techniques like the powerful mixins, selector inheritance, basic operations (e.g. numbers, colors) or interpolation.
The written code will be compiled into standard CSS and for meeting the different needs the output format can be configured e.g. compressed which will create a minified CSS file.
For using SASS in your TYPO3 project right now the extension sassify is ready for editing and compiling SASS directly inside your TYPO3 installation.
