This document outlines a corporate health and safety initiative presented by the Association for the Rehabilitation of the Brain Injured (ARBI) that is a win-win for both employees and ARBI. The initiative includes educational experiences to build empathy for brain injury survivors, customizable safety performance incentives for employees, and team building activities. Donations are requested so ARBI can continue supporting brain injury survivors through rehabilitation programs. The goal is to engage employees to strengthen safety culture while raising funds to help reduce the economic burden of brain injuries in Alberta.
