Chairman
SAN JOSE, Calif. – November 28, 2000 – Navin.com, Inc. (Navin), a global leader in
voice messaging solutions, today announced that Sabeer Bhatia joined its board of
directors. He will serve as co-chairman with Suhas Patil.
Bhatia brings to Navin an extensive background in the field of messaging. Before joining
Navin, he co-founded Hotmail, the world’s largest e-mail provider, which he sold to
Microsoft in 1997. Bhatia is president and chief executive officer of Arzoo.com, an e-
commerce business he founded that mobilizes, in real time, technical knowledge for
corporations. As Navin’s co-chairman, he will play a key role in setting the course for the
company and its product development.
