- 3. • Welcome yourgroup to our distinctly urban campus and introduce yourself with your name, • program and year of study • Mention that the tour will last approximately an hour and a half and anyone interested in visit- ing the Ted Rogers School of Management will have the chance to do so following the final tour stop • Jorgenson Hall is a space dedicted to the Faculty of Arts. Mention and explain office hours here, • emphasizing the accessibility of profs here at Ryerson and our small classes with a 21:1 professor to student ratio • Point out the Ryerson Medical Centre across Victoria Laneway in Kerr Hall West, which is available to all Ryerson students by appointment, and has a full medical team. • The ServiceHub is the space for all things regarding submission or pick up of documents, student financial assistance, tuition, fees and more. • The space has a genius bar for student use, and has many offices where students can speak one- on-one with someone from the university • Invite guests to come back to this space following the tour if they have any admissions related questions • The Hub Cafe is an example of one of our many eating stops that we have dotted throughout campus • We focus on serving fresh, locally sourced food and cater to various dietary accomodations across campus including vegan, vegetarian, hallal and gluten free Jorgenson Lobby Stop 1 ROUTE: Travel down the hall passed the Hub Cafe standing off to the side in the ServiceHub area.
