This document provides information about Turkish riddles and their cultural significance. It includes examples of riddles in Turkish with their English translations. Riddle telling was an important social tradition in Istanbul, with men competing in coffee houses to tell riddles quickly and effectively. Today, riddles are still used in Turkish media like comedy sketches and songs. The document concludes by listing references that were used to research Turkish riddles and folklore.
