The document summarizes the major cortical lobes of the brain - frontal, parietal, temporal, and occipital lobes. It describes the primary motor cortex in the frontal lobe and Broca's area for speech production. The primary somatosensory cortex in the parietal lobe registers senses of touch. The primary auditory cortex in the temporal lobe processes sound. The primary visual cortex in the occipital lobe processes visual information. Association areas in each lobe are involved in functions like reasoning, spatial awareness, memory, and visual processing.
The document proposes several ideas for a laparoscopic device that avoids using a port to insert a separate light source. Idea 1 involves using photoluminescence to illuminate instruments through the skin. Idea 2 is to use bioluminescent enzymes inserted through a keyhole that would react and emit light. Idea 3 stores chemiluminescent materials in an elastic material inside the body. Idea 4 uses a magnet to control a light source inserted into the peritoneal cavity. The final idea is a mechanical system with extendable branches containing light sources that can be manipulated during surgery. The goal is to minimize ports and scarring while providing adequate illumination for laparoscopic procedures.

1. To whom it may concern,
Very sad to see Nathan leaving the Rialto such a kind and helpful person, always positive sharing
information on what he could do to help, finding theatre tickets concert tickets etc.
I have a 14 year old daughter and many times Nathan has organized awesome tickets at the
best possible price and the seating has never be disappointing .
Last year l got tickets to a show and l thought it was on a week later than it was didn’t realize
until the Saturday before the show , l panicked rang the Rialto and spoke to someone who said l
can't give you Nathans home phone give me yours and l will see if he can call you
Now this was late Saturday afternoon, with Nathans help l had the tickets Sunday and it was
totally my mistake and without hesitations Nathan helped by giving up his time .
When greeting in the morning or late in the day ,Nathan always says
morning Deb goodnight Deb, he must have so many names to remember but is always on the
ball.
The new team have big shoes to fill !!!!!!!
And l wish Nathan all the very best

Nathan will be very sadly missed, and the Rialto just won’t be the same without him.
No matter what was asked of him, Nathan always approached the task with professionalism, grace
and a big smile. Nathan’s knowledge of the building, tenants and local surroundings was amazing. He
worked hard at bringing a large and diverse community together.
I wish Nathan all the best for the future. The next building that has Nathan will be very lucky indeed.

2. First of all, it’s going to be such a same to see you go. It was always an absolute pleasure working with
you at Rialto.
As you know, Regus occupy space in several buildings throughout the CBD, and I can honestly say
you absolutely nailed the welcome at Rialto every time I visited. Not only that, but you personally built
a real community feel with the tenants in the building, and knew everyone personally. So thank you for
everything you did for us over the years. You will be missed.
Secondly, I wish you all the best on your next role, and hope that it’s not the last time we see you!
All the best,

I caught up on the news that you will be leaving the Rialto building.
I wanted to express on behalf of my team our sincere thanks for all your assistance over the
years.
It has been a wonderful experience having a fantastic, knowledgeable and personable Concierge.
You epitomise finesse and exemplary Concierge service. I have worked in another high profile
building in Collins Street and I have to say, you stand out.
I know my team and I have appreciated all your support and assistance when we have called
upon your knowledge about this building and Melbourne city!
We wish you the very best in your next venture.

Dear Nathan
Thank you, you beat me to it! I am coming along tonight and look forward to seeing you. I was very
sad to hear that you are moving on. We will miss you here at the Rialto. You have truly been the face
of rialto. Always welcoming and cheery and nothing was ever too difficult!! You are truly someone who
understands customer service which I think is quickly becoming a dying art in Australia so keep it up.
Well done and hope to stay in touch.
Let me know if I can ever assist you with anything.

3. Hi Nathan,
I was really disappointed to hear the news that you are leaving your position as Head Concierge at
Rialto Towers.
I have worked in the building for two years now and have been amazed by the sense of Community
that the building exudes.
I think you have attributed greatly to this, it is such a nice feeling to walk into such a huge building and
have someone great you with a smile and by name!.
I have enjoyed getting to know you and other Rialto workers through the monthly drinks that you
organise, it really has been great.
It is always nice to run into you during the day and have a chat and you will certainly be missed.
I wish you all the best with the next chapter.
Take care.

To whom it may concern,
We are sad to hear that our beloved concierge's at the Rialto will be leaving us shortly.
Nathan has been here ever since I started work at LVMH 4 and a half years ago. He actually directed me to
the level I was supposed to go to during my interview.
He has always been courteous, pleasant and one of the most down to earth people I have had to greet me.
He has made coming into work a really pleasant experience each morning.
We will be less due to their departure from the Rialto.
Here's hoping that our paths cross again.

As a senior recruitment consultant for a global firm, I appreciate a well selected and appointed
employee when I see one. Every time I see Nathan Penny in the foyer, I can't help but think that First
Contact got it so right when they appointed Nathan to the role of Head Concierge in the Rialto.
Working in this building has been a pleasure for the last four years because Nathan is always there to
greet you with his smile, silly dad jokes or professional manner (depending on what is appropriate at
the time).
The Rialto is not going to be he same without Nathan and I would not hesitate for a moment in
recommending him as a dedicated, hard working and passionate employee in any service related
position.
Good luck Nath, please keep in touch, we're gonna miss you so much :(

To whom it may concern,
I have know Nathan Penny since 2013 when Melbourne City Pilates first opened at the Rialto.
From our first meeting I was struck by Nathan's professionalism, ease of communication and sense of
humour. He brought a light touch to what could sometimes be a serious corporate environment.
Nathan particularly impressed me with the tours for new Tenants that he organised and hosted
monthly at the Rialto.
To a small growing business, friendly introductions to people working in the same building were
absolutely vital and Nathan excelled at breaking the ice and allowing people to feel safe and
comfortable in an unfamiliar space.
I cannot recommend Nathan highly enough. The Rialto's loss is the next buildings gain.
He will be missed.
