- Organisaties moeten meer focus hebben om nieuwe werkplek concepten, flexibele vormen van werkomgevingen etc te optimaliseren voor alle vijf (of zes) generaties die op dit moment werken. Niemand buitensluiten.
- Technologie bedrijven hebben de verantwoordelijkheid om inclusief te zijn en moeten technologie voor iedereen toegankelijk maken. Er kan geen digitale kloof ontstaan waardoor mensen buitengesloten worden.

- We escape our cities to rejuvenate, regenerate. The cities do not give us all we need. So we looked to nature to investigate how it is different.

- Nature is a cyclical and dynamic system, typified by diversity and ever-changing interconnections. Is there another form of modern?
- By contrast We live in isolation, disconnected from the outside world And try our hardest to keep it out. To stop natural processes.
- I am inspired by nature The beauty that arises from a purely functional base And industrial sites can inspire me for the same reason Designed purely for function Yet with an interesting and stunning aesthetic of its own. - We have sourced and produced enough STUFF to fill our planet. If we could cleverly re/super-use all this STUFF, we would reduce our dependence on fossilfuels and virgin resources. We have to learn from nature and integrate nature into our cities and buildings.
