“ Smart Complaint Register for City Muncipal Council ”
Summary : The seriousness of the problems is not known often by offline means. This project has
developed by an android application using which the user can register the complaint through this app
by their smart phones. User should login to this app report the complaint and also can select to which
department the augmented complaint should be sent, can set the location and gets the status number for
future updates.
The admin of this app on server side acknowledges the user by message about the updates on complaint
being registered. User while registering the complaint enters ward number using this ward number on
server side user is provided with ward details such as member of ward and contact number. Application
is flexible and Quick. Project is Certified by commissioner of Muncipal Council.
