held in Nov 2015 for paper presented on “Study and Performance Analysis of Free Space
Optical Communication System.” The study of ‘Visible Light communication’ for short
distance range and its applications in various areas are analyzed. And the simulation is
done for performance analysis of Free Space Optical (FSO) link for various light sources
and range of communications.
 Oral certificate in Science, Engineering and Technology (SET) international conference
held in May 2016 for paper presented on “Performance Comparison of Downlink
Scheduling Algorithms in LTE Networks”. The study and analysis of three scheduling
algorithms like ‘Round Robin’, ‘Max Throughput’ and ‘Proportional Fairness’ is done for
various traffic and varying number of users.
 Study and simulation on IEEE conference paper “Dual band CPW fed wearable
monopole antenna”, the paper presents compact Coplanar Waveguide fed (CPW)
monopole antenna with dual band operation which is suitable for radar applications. The
antenna resonates at 1.6GHz and 4GHz. Simulation is executed in ‘CST Microwave
Studio’.
 Study and simulation on “Reconfigurable RF Power Amplifier (RPA) for Wireless
Transmission”, reconfigurability is achieved by either ‘Optical Switch’ or ‘PIN diode
switch’. The RPA operates at 1.9GHz and 2.2GHz. Simulation is executed in ‘AWR
Microwave Office’
 Research paper on “Design and Analysis of High Speed Optical Logic Gates using
Semiconductor Optical Amplifier” using OptiSystem Software. The nonlinear behavior
that is a drawback for SOAs as a linear amplifier makes it a good choice for an optically
controlled optical gate.

 Final year hardware project on “Electronic Baby Cradle”, which emphasize on
automatically swinging of cradle using wiper motor and PIC microcontroller
1. To make automatic swinging cradle using DC wiper motor.
2. The sensor that detects wet condition and sounds an alarm when mattress gets wet.
3. To observe cradle with baby from anywhere in house on display.
