integrated mobile communications services and systems
for 42 government agencies, including the RCMP,
twelve provincial departments, four federal departments
and the volunteer public safety community.
Led the Nova Scotia team managing a multidisciplinary
team of over 30 internal and external procurement,
public-private partnering, IT, legal, and governance
expert resources on a $900 million dollar procurement
project to create a single mobile radio system for the
Maritime Provinces.

contractors on all aspects of the management and
operation of several mobile communications systems
