Green park Project in Kondhawa Pune.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Design coordination between architect,structural, MEP consultants & other consultnats.
 Recording Minutes of meetings between Client & consultant.

2.  Preparing daily, weekly, monthly progress reports.
 Statutory compliance, approvals.
 Documentation of all checklist follow-up for incoming material as well as site work
related checklist.
 Ensure implementation of tests and checklists for materials received and acceptance
criteria for materials used on site.
 Drawing coordination between architect,structural & MEP consultant.
 Maintaining various trackers for data required for project.
 Checking of contractors bills & reporting to project manager if any deviation found in
bill.
 Alert project manager if there is any deviation in architects or consultants drawing.
 Ensure the approval of different construction material on site before execution.
