Pvt Ltd – The project consists of Two Basements + Ground + 8 Floors Hotel (130 rooms)
with a buildup area of 2, 49,000 sq.ft .
The Project was a framed structure with Post tensioning slabs & Beams, We also done
self compacting concrete for the retaining walls and STP of about 200 m3.
Construction of Four storied shopping complex of about 10000 sft (Private Building
under guidance of Mr. George- Private Contractor)
Construction of Basement and Three storied building for ING VYSYA Bank – Aluva about
5000 sft (Under the guidance of Mr. George- Private Contractor)
