PROJECT REPORT:
The project was about the analysis and assessment of end breakage rates in the spinning
department of tyre cord fabrics. Various different causes of breakage were found and the same
was categorized. And an action plan was finally produced which stated to have modifications in
the design of the machine and also retest the hardness of the virgin and rewound cheese.

2. INPLANT TRAINING 2:

 PROJECT TITLE : General and overall view of the spinning process
PROJECT REPORT:
There was a general and basic approach towards the spinning process in detail from
blowroom where the fibre bales get cleaned up to winding and autoconers.
