2) Participants identified a lack of administrative support as a barrier to effective inclusion.
3) The study aimed to inform administrator preparation on supporting special education inclusion.
Dr. Fred C. Luenburg, Can Schools Regulate Student Dress & Grooming - Publish...William Kritsonis
School boards may enact reasonable regulations on student dress and appearance to promote safety, health, and an orderly learning environment. Courts generally give school officials deference over dress codes if they are intended to prevent disruption. Dress codes restricting gang attire, vulgar/obscene messages, or immodest clothing are usually upheld. School uniforms are increasingly common as they can reduce distractions and socioeconomic differences among students. However, student expression through appearance is still protected to some degree under the First Amendment.

Howard University set an ambitious goal of raising $250 million for its capital campaign, the largest in the school's history. Through strategic planning and outreach, Howard surpassed its goal by raising $272 million. The campaign's success demonstrated innovative fundraising practices that other historically black colleges and universities could learn from. Howard plans to publish a report detailing lessons from the campaign to help other HBCUs improve their own fundraising efforts. The campaign established Howard as a leader in capital fundraising among HBCUs and positioned it for an even more ambitious $1 billion campaign in the future.

This document contains excerpts from various primary sources that discuss the hope of Israel returning from exile and being restored to their homeland. The sources describe how Israel will be gathered from all nations and return to Jerusalem and the land of Abraham, how God will have mercy on them and bring them back, and how they will worship God truly and leave their idols behind. They discuss Israel dwelling securely in their land forever after being delivered from their captors and the desolation of their land being reversed.

The sermons seem focused on how Jesus demonstrated compassion through his actions and victory over evil and sin.
This document discusses the impact of high-stakes testing on English language learners in Texas public schools and the implications for the rest of the nation. It analyzes issues faced by ELL students and schools that educate large numbers of ELLs. While standardized tests are meant to improve achievement, they may not accurately measure learning for ELLs. The No Child Left Behind Act requires standardized testing but provides some flexibility. Research is needed on both positive and negative effects of testing on ELLs. The document also discusses accountability pressures on schools from high-stakes testing and ensuring learning is measurable.
