Ignite The Desire is a costume rental business located in Clarksville, IN. Their rental agreement outlines the following terms: renters must return costumes in the same condition received within 3 days to avoid late fees; renters are responsible for any damage or loss and will be charged the replacement cost; damage includes tears, stains, missing parts, or personal activities in the costumes; additional cleaning or inability to clean will result in a $25 fee or replacement cost charge if the costume cannot be cleaned. Rental Agreement:
We agree to provide you with a quality, entertaining costume. All we ask is that you help us to keep the cost low by
returning costumes in the condition that you have received it. We also ask that you be prompt with the return of the
costume per this rental agreement.
When you rent with Ignite The Desire you will be asked to the following terms:
1. I understand that Ignite the Desire is providing a costume to me on a RENTAL basis. I may keep this costume for
up to three days (72 Hours) before returning it to Ignite The Desire.
2. I agree to return the costume by the agreed upon date or be subject to late fees up to, but not exceeding, the
replacement value of the costume. The replacement value of the costume is determined by Ignite The Desire. I
authorize the use of my credit card for payment of such fees.
3. Returned costumes will be in the condition consistent with the way I received them. If damage or loss occurs
prior to return, I agree to pay all costs for replacement at the retail value plus all attorney and/or collection
agency fees.
4. Damage is considered to have occurred by: tearing, burning, cutting, make-up stains or marks, removal of
buttons, medallions, badges, or other kinds of trim. Knee slides are not to be performed while in costumes. We
also would appreciate the removal of costumes prior to any personal activities. Any such evidence on a costume
will be considered damaged. Articles which are lost or damaged while in your possession will be charged the
replacement cost.
5. If items require additional scrubbing there will be a $25.00 scrubbing fee. If we are unable to get an item
cleaned it will be considered damaged and you will be responsible for replacement cost. DO NOT try to clean
our costumes yourself.
6. I understand that all rentals are final, there are no refunds.
7. Failure to return a costume on the date due back will authorize the charge for replacement of costume to your
credit card.
8. I am at least 18 years of age and satisfied with the choice of costume from Ignite The Desire.
9. By accepting these terms you authorize your credit card on file to be charged for all fees incurred.
