Matlins Financial Consulting Inc, Registered Investment Advisory, is excited to
announce the relocation of our primary office to Hollywood, Florida following on greater
than three decades experience managing client portfolios from Illinois.
Matlins Financial builds and manages stock and bond portfolios for growth, retirement
income, and for future generations. Our clients are wealthy individuals and corporate
profit sharing plans. Our strategies also meet the needs of endowments, family offices,
foundations and trust accounts. Neil Matlins thirty-two years of experience in portfolio
management began in 1983 when Neil founded the equity hedge fund, the Lincoln
Fund, L.P. in Springfield Illinois. He became a Registered Investment Advisor in Illinois
in 2012.
Asset management is our primary service. A passion for portfolio management drives
our results. We think independently. We call on research professionals, accountants,
attorneys and financial planners to meet client objectives.
We have managed through many economic cycles. We recognize that our client’s funds
may at times need urgent reallocation between asset classes and investment sectors to
preserve capital, grow capital and maximize income. Ultimately, a significant portion of a
client’s financial future depends on timely asset management decisions. We exercise
risk control through action based on readable trends that influence the value of financial
assets.
Our compensation is simple. We receive 1% of assets per year for the first $2 million
dollars under management payable quarterly through Charles Schwab, the custodian of
our client’s funds.
