Introduction
Ascham Homes is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) that was
established to manage and maintain Council homes on behalf of the London
Borough of Waltham Forest (LBWF). Since April 2012, Ascham Homes has also
been responsible for allocating homes and providing advice to homeless and
vulnerable people in the borough.
Ascham Homes has undergone a radical restructure programme over the last
few years with changes throughout the management structure and the
reconfiguring of operational teams.

methods to advance our strategic decision-making capabilities and to enable us
to think faster and more creatively. She has deepened our understanding of
organisational dynamics, avoiding destructive conflict and improving the design
