Bill DeMars joined Tri-anim in 2002 and provided much needed support, direction, and expertise, helping the company grow over 40% per year. He expanded his knowledge of EMS product lines and industry structure to critically assist Tri-anim's development. Bill also grew the successful sales and management team. The company president appreciates Bill's continued support and knows he can succeed in any pursuit, and that Bill prioritizes his family.

Bill DeMars joined Tri-anim on March 4, 2002, when we desperately needed support,
direction and expertise. Bill did an excellent job of taking us to the next level and
assisted our growth at over 40% per year.
He is very knowledgeable of the product lines in EMS and the structure of how it works,
which was certainly critical at that time in our development. He also grew the EMS
sales staff with very successful salespeople and Region Managers.
Bill has continued to be very supportive of Tri-anim which we greatly appreciate. I know
that he is capable of being successful in most any endeavor that he pursues. Bill is also
