integrated health care delivery system located in North Central Minnesota. We have 625
employees, including 55 physicians. I have been in my current position for the past six years.
Prior to joining Grand Itasca, I was with Fairview Health Services in Minneapolis, Minnesota for
28 years.

months this past summer working at Grand Itasca. This was an internship connected with her
undergraduate work at Concordia College.
During her time at Grand Itasca, Ms. Major worked in Administration, Finance and Human
Resources. She also spent some time working and supporting health initiatives working directly
with community businesses. Andrea has excellent communications skills, works well
independently and on a team, and sets a very high performance standard for herself. She had
some specifics projects in Finance and Human Resources that she was able to complete timely
and accurately. She is very bright and a fast learner, and was able to understand many of the
complexities and challenges in healthcare as it relates to productivity, quality and
