employment.
The response options were developed by our class. Here is an example.

Collecting Data this was not easy! Here are some
of the methods that were used.
Asked past and current instructors face to face.
Asked some of my acquaintances face to face.
Posted my request on my Facebook timeline then
bugged my friends until they took the survey.
Text people I talk to regularly.

Recording Data
I used a table to keep track of each generations
answers. This method helped me to keep the data
accurate and it also cuts down on time from counting
the data over and over.

What I have learned from conducting and developing this survey were as follows:What I have learned from conducting and developing this survey were as follows:
I discovered a website where Jacquelyn B. James, PhDCo-Director of Research,
Primary Data Studies Sloan Center on Aging & Work, Boston CollegeResearch Professor
Lynch School of Education, Boston College, wrote an article for usnews.com that stated
“Employees ages 55 to 65 "are the fastest-growing component of the workforce,
"Tugman says.” They represent significant skills and experiences," she adds.
Employers don't want to lose this expertise and many are developing or expanding
mentoring programs to help older employees transfer skills to younger colleagues.
Beyond mentoring, however, prospective labor-force shortages mean many employers
simply cannot afford to let older workers retire or walk out the door.”
There are no trained replacements for them, young or old and employers plan to
hire retired employees as consultants or temporary workers, offer flexible work
arrangements and design part-time positions to attract older workers .
http://money.usnews.com/money/
I also learn that the Silent Generation are re-entering the workforce
not for job title, higher pay or perks but to increase their nest-egg
according to a online Department of Labor report.
Last but not least The Silent Generation and some Baby Boomer
( if they don’t already have them) need technical training to keep
up with the requirements of today’s job market .
