This document contains an introduction and 12 chapters on reconciliation processes in various countries in the Asia-Pacific region that have experienced conflict, violence, and social division. Each chapter examines the reconciliation efforts and challenges in a different country, including Cambodia, Nepal, the Solomon Islands, Timor-Leste, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, India, Bougainville, Thailand, Australia, and a concluding chapter that reviews the lessons from the case studies. The document aims to explore how reconciliation can help transform societies that have experienced cultural and political conflicts and divisions.
