I am a Project Manager and a licensed surveyor at Parsons Cunningham & Shartle (PCS) Engineers,
Inc. At this position, I had the opportunity to work with David throughout his tenure from February,
2013 to March, 2014. David held the position of CAD Manager while working at PCS.
While at PCS, David was asked to juggle many roles as he was working for the engineering
department developing plans and providing expertise for the survey department at the same time. At
all times I found David more willing than most to fill any need either department asked of him
without hesitation. David consistently provided excellent work on all projects where we worked
together and always added insight on how a deliverable could be improved, if the situation was
applicable.
