  • #2 PHC4: Pennsylvania Health Care Cost Containment Council IMS: Intercontinental Marketing Service CMS: Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Introduction I am from China Currently seeking Masters in Statistics at Columbia University Undergraduate in Mathematics at University of California, San Diego .
  • #3 Interesting Findings: For specific disease, hospitals mandated to prescribe generic pharmaceutical products first tend to have lower readmission rates than hospitals don’t mandate this policy. For specific disease, hospitals in rural areas tend to have lower readmission rate than hospitals in urban areas. There are some hospitals keep having high readmission rates for most diagnostic groups. Some county level variables have correlations with readmission rate.
